Seminole Sunset Villa, Calabay Lake Villa, Florida



	INDOOR FEATURES Our villa was completed in October 2008 and has an upgraded luxury furniture package through out. We believe this to be one of the most beautifully furnished villas on Tower Lake and second to none as no expense has been spared in the fixtures and fittings. Two master bedroom one upstairs the other down have enormous king sized beds so plenty of room to spread out and relax. These room have a Floridian theme to the décor and each room has a walk in wardrobe along with its own bathroom .Each room has a flat screen television with multi channel satellite connection. The master bedroom has a safe in the closet for your personal use. The children's twin bedded Nemo room is tastefully decorated and has Disney themed characters to add to its appeal. There is a closet in this room along with a bathroom. The further twin bedded room is again tastefully decorated and in keeping with the Floridian theme and once again there is a closet and bathroom in this room.
		The kitchen is of a typical American style with every thing you will need to make your holiday eating a memorable one. From a massive fridge freezer with ice machine, dish washer, microwave, to a massive cooker and electric waste disposable unit every thing is here. The lounge is pure luxury with a massive 52” HD Plasma television and blue ray DVD along with Denson surround sound along with multi channel satellite television. From the family dinner table and granite topped breakfast bar for the quick family meals to the more formal dining room table and chairs for that special family meal, no expense has been spared. A sofa bed is in the lounge that can be used for two persons so 10 in all. Relax watching television after a long hard day at the parks; feel that luxury, you know that you deserve it.
	The games room will keep you fully occupied on those days/nights when you feet have said enough is enough of the theme parks, its time to relax. We have an air conditioned games room that has an 8ft professional pool table, air hockey table, football table, a token play one armed bandit, bar table and chairs along with a 32” flat screen television. For the more energetic of you the television is linked up to a Wii machine and comes complete with various games and a sports package. Again the television in this room is linked up to the satellite system showing all the English and European football matches along with Super League rugby league. So relax have a beer, watch football and shoot a game of pool. IS THIS NOT HEAVEN !
		We have a cot, high chair and stroller available for your use along with a set of walkie talkies for the days out. Fishing rods and tackle is also provided Please be careful with small children as the hooks are Sharpe. There are plenty of fish in the lake along with turtles and ALI GEE Tower Lake own resident alligator (please don't feed him).
	OUTSIDE FEATURES Our pool and decking area looks over Tower Lake with its awesome sunsets. The pool is south facing private and not over looked so sunshine all day. The bubbling spa, along with the fun sprayers cascading into the pool keep adults along with the children amused. Why not enjoy and evening meal Al Fresco or just relax with a good bottle of wine by the side of the pool. Watch the sun setting over the lake as the pools mood lights change the colour of the water through subtle and relaxing colours. It all adds up to a truly relaxing end to the day. The pool with spa that can be heated if required and this will incur an extra cost (please let us know on your booking form should you require this facility) The shaded Patio area with ceiling fan is a godsend on those really hot days and makes dining out a true pleasure.
